Sr. Sales Executive for IT Consulting Services

Location: Alder Drive @ Tasman, Milpitas, CA.

Compensation: $150k, with commission plan & quota completion bonus

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Sr. Sales Executive, to work for a growing software consulting company. We offer a fun, professional work environment that fosters creativity.

The Sales Executive is a “consultative” sales-professional who can ask the right questions to determine key client requirements to build credibility and follows up by proposing the right solution either alone or with the help of supporting resources. The Sales Executive is perceived by the client as a "trusted advisor" and is the face of TechOne to the client.

Responsibilities –

  • Carry a 7-figure sales quota
  • Hunting and farming combination
  • Selling IT services, not product, software or hardware
  • Being creative, energetic, & able to think outside the box
  • Should be organized and able to effectively multi-task, while handling sales and account management time pressure.

Requirements –

  • Being a team player
  • Good job stability
  • Track record of consistent overachievement
  • Having a college degree, very smart and intelligent
  • Multiple years of selling consulting services in the local market

Ideal candidates will be accomplished sales professionals with significant experience in selling IT consulting services, to telecom/ datacom equipment vendors/ ISVs/ service providers.
